Her lessons are perfectly suited for beginners, while the more advanced yoga practitioners will be also definitely be challenged to further evolve their Yoga practice with this series! Previous retreats have followed the schedule posted below, but please know that you are totally free to arrange any other schedule for your yoga-detox week that fits the personal wishes of your particular group!
Day 1 - 5
7:00--one hour meditation lessons
8:00--one hour yoga & pranayama lessons
9:00--breakfast--rich selection of fresh, organic fruits and juices
10.00-13.00--free time for hikes, sunbathing, swimming, reading. . .
13.00--lunch--rich selection of fresh organic salads, fresh pressed
vegetable juices and veggie soup.
14.00--free time for siesta naps or same activities as 10.00
17.00--one hour yoga & pranayama lesson
18.00--dinner--warm, fresh organic soup, selection of salads, juices and fruits
18.00-20.00--free time
20.00--one hour meditation & quiet time.
you are invited to visit the drink- bar throughout the day for herbal
teas, juices and of course a minimum of 2 liters fresh local spring
water per day.
Day 6 & 7 are free days for site seeing & airport transfer
Cranialsacral therapy, ayervedic oil massage, tibetan singing bowlsound massage and sauna sessions can be arranged by appointment.
